Sean is a talented cook who is opening his talents up to the public. After years of cooking for family and friends, it’s time for this young man to experience running a professional business on his own. Making the jump to the professional world of catering from cooking for local business’s can be very competitive. Failing and not driving your success to the heights you expect are all the motivation one will need. Plus when you see opportunities almost everywhere you go, it’s hard to resist the temptation of trying your hand. As far as I can tell the food he prepares must be good. The orders keep rolling in and a possible merge may be brewing. For now I can’t speak on what may be in the near future., but I do wish him well and will assist with promoting his business in many ways! I’m for hire!!! I will have a review soon as I have placed and order with Sean and I believe he will not disappoint. If you wondering what I ordered, it’s a fleet of crab cakes for the Fam! Ms. B! We all know that person who can get busy in the kitchen. If your reading this, it’s a 51% chance you know Beronica if your from Alexandria. I recently had a chance to taste some BBQ chicken she cooked. As I’m sitting hear listening to BYB…. “we left out the Hobart stars…ah hunn……and we left out my homie daz ……..say whatttt…….and we cant forget about my homie P”. I’m like I can’t forget about Ms. B! Get your order in now. You will be happy with the food for sure!! There are so many people who can cook and she definitely is one to put on rotation. Back to the BBQ chicken….the sauce was sweet and but not too much. It was perfect. The chicken was good and it wasn’t dry. I told a dog it was some bones in the cafeteria and by the time he got down there., the pan was empty. Luckily he was able to get a spoon full of the sauce left in the pan. He was like “I got some of the sauce that was left in the pan and put it on my rice and that was yeah….yeah …I can tell she did her thang!” Fam y’all know that’s a stamp! I have an order placed with her too. At the same damn time I’m picking up that fleet of crab cakes from the homie. So, if your interested let me know something or reach out to her. Like I said you probably know who she is. I know I only mentioned the chicken I will save another memory for the next time.

The grill master is just one title this brother holds. Are you looking for pork ribs? Be sure to check Dennis out when it comes to cooking on the grill. Dennis catered one of my household events and the food was damn sure good. Dennis prepared a few slabs of pork ribs & BBQ chicken and it was a hit. I have ordered personal orders of ribs a few times and I wasn’t sharing a damn thing!!! I think you understand what I’m talking about. I had an opportunity to taste a sandwich of pulled pork and after that…. he found me camped out in his yard unannounced. He would asked what I was doing there and I would reply by saying….I was just checking to see if you had any of them sandmiches!!! The sandwich only had the meat and bread and I was like damn this ain’t even dry and the flavor was great, I will never forget it. Dennis can handle more than your BBQ orders, just ask for the fried fish and you will surely see. Plus not only will you be feeling great from eating good food he will have you laughing for days.
